02. Account Registration & Verification

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the member's own responsibility.

03. Age Restriction & Eligibility

O77 is intended for users aged 18 and above only. Registration or betting by minors is strictly prohibited. o77 reserves the right to verify any member's age and may request proof of age documentation if required.

• Providing a false age at registration will result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.
• We strongly recommend using parental control software to prevent minors from gaining access.
• Residents of prohibited or restricted regions are not eligible to use o77.

04. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

At o77, you can deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved banking methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum limits vary depending on the payment method.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Delays may occur if verification is still pending.

• In cases of money laundering or suspicious transactions, the account will be frozen and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Please read the relevant sports rules carefully before placing a bet on o77. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — although Cash Out may be available in certain cases.

• Bets can be placed before the match starts or during live betting.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, o77 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• In a parlay or accumulator bet, if one leg is voided, the outcome will be determined based on the remaining legs.

06. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per member.
• The required wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be used.
